Norms of behavior

By joining the conference, you agree to our Code of Conduct.

Our conference is a friendly community where everyone should feel welcome, safe and comfortable. It is very important for us to ensure a harassment-free environment online and in person for everyone, including gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body size, race, age, nationality, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form, including but not limited to written, verbal, social media or on our websites, platforms and tools.

Content shared during peer-to-peer sessions or in chat rooms should remain private and should not be shared outside of the event unless agreed upon by all participants involved.

All participants, speakers, sponsors and staff are required to abide by our code of conduct.

Any violations will be dealt with seriously. Attendees asked to cease any offensive behavior are expected to comply immediately and may be expelled and banned from our events and community temporarily or indefinitely without refund at the discretion of the event organizers.

This is done to protect the safety of our community.

While you can of course post your complaint on social media, we would like to give you the opportunity to resolve the issue on a personal level first. Dealing with sensitive issues such as these in this way is usually faster and ultimately more effective.

Staff will be happy to help participants feel safe at the event. We appreciate your presence. We have designed events as a space where everyone feels safe to express themselves, learn and succeed in applying new technologies and practices that create change and innovation.
